Principal and Founder--Fran Cashman, formerly Executive Vice President and Head of Global Marketing and Communications at Legg Mason, has focused her 25+ year career on serving the evolving needs of clients through effective distribution.  Her extensive background in financial services sales, marketing and communications combined with her collaborative leadership style and expertise in change management provide the foundation for Mayfair Davie Consulting.

Fran Cashman

Fran is an experienced financial services executive with a 25+ year history of accomplishment spanning business strategy, distribution, institutional and retail sales, marketing, investments and communications.  


Her background--formerly Executive Vice President and Head of Global Marketing and Communications at Legg Mason and prior Co-Head of US Sales provides unique insights into both improving components of and successfully executing distribution strategy to create a seamless and compelling client experience.  


Fran solves challenges, implements change and delivers results.  


She is on the Board of Advisors, FLX Distribution, a trustee of the Georgia Tech Foundation and trustee of Loyola Blakefield.
